Convenient and Clean Stay
airport proximity bus connection restaurant access fabulous breakfast
The hotel is located very close to the airport and offers an easy bus connection to Palma City Centre. I found many shops and restaurants located a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast offered a fabulous choice and was beautifully presented.
The kettle was in the room though no black tea or milk accompanied it. I was told to get milk from outside.

The buffet offered a varied theme every night. Breakfast was amazing, i could find a great variety of products to choose from. The service from the restaurant staff was very good. The food was fresh and tasty.

excellent beachfront stay!
beachfront location friendly staff delicious cocktails
the location was amazing! it was directly across from the beach. the staff were very friendly. the breakfast buffet was very good and the dinner buffet too. food always tasted fresh! cocktails at the bar were delicious. i really loved having beach towels available for the pool and beach areas.
the air conditioning wasn't very strong! though the rooms were generally comfortable.

the hotel provides both front and back pool areas . it features nice terraces offering spots to relax. there are also towels available to use both by the pool and at the nearby beach, very useful.

poor food inadequate air conditioning
The location was good with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. (I did some shopping, of course!)
The food was not of 4-star standard. Quantity seemed more important than quality. I also found the air conditioning inadequate, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The room never felt cool enough.

Excellent Stay for Cyclists
onsite rental clean room excellent omelette
The breakfast was great (especially the omelette). I found fresh seafood and meat for dinner every night. The bike rental service onsite made everything easier. The room was always very clean, which I appreciated.
The reception staff seemed very by the book. They did not show much intention to help.

The room had good air conditioning and felt newly renovated. A clothes rack on the balcony allowed for drying clothes easily. The shower was large and included both a standard showerhead and a rainfall shower.

The hotel has an indoor heated pool, great for relaxation. There are two outdoor pools, so guests can choose their preferred spot. Bike rentals are available directly at the hotel, very convenient for exploring the island.

convenient location easy access
the location near the airport was convenient , with minimal aircraft noise. a bus stop was close , offering easy access to palma.
the air conditioning in the room was not very strong , and did not cool the room effectively.

The hotel location is near the beach. The hotel has good service in the restaurant and in the bar (I especially liked Abel!).
