The location was good with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. (I did some shopping, of course!)
The food was not of 4-star standard. Quantity seemed more important than quality. I also found the air conditioning inadequate, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The room never felt cool enough.

The breakfast was great (especially the omelette). I found fresh seafood and meat for dinner every night. The bike rental service onsite made everything easier. The room was always very clean, which I appreciated.
The reception staff seemed very by the book. They did not show much intention to help.

The room had good air conditioning and felt newly renovated. A clothes rack on the balcony allowed for drying clothes easily. The shower was large and included both a standard showerhead and a rainfall shower.

The hotel has an indoor heated pool, great for relaxation. There are two outdoor pools, so guests can choose their preferred spot. Bike rentals are available directly at the hotel, very convenient for exploring the island.

the location near the airport was convenient , with minimal aircraft noise. a bus stop was close , offering easy access to palma.
the air conditioning in the room was not very strong , and did not cool the room effectively.
