i think this hotel has won me over completely. every member of the hotel team was helpful and friendly. my room was good, offering a big freestanding bath and direct access to the grounds. the thoughtfully designed hotel allowed me to always find a peaceful place to relax and sip my drink. breakfasts were delicious, and the natural pool offered a refreshing experience.

the lift looked overdue for a service! that did make me a little anxious.

we stayed for three nights and everything was good! room 9 offered such a view of the sea. i especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. the staff were really lovely.

i found that one of the light fixtures in the dining area looked a little dusty though.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel Experience!

I found the hotel had an amazing location right on the North Cornish coast. The service was super cute and excellent. My room made the most of the amazing view. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor natural pond and the indoor spa pool!

I noticed the restaurant setting could use a little attention, as it did not quite match the high standard of the meals. Some light fittings looked worn, and I saw some dusty lampshades. the hotel is still great, but I hope they address these minor issues soon.
