The room was indeed small. i booked a queen room without a window (my bad, i know). it was smaller than advertised online. i felt a bit misled (perhaps intentionally?). also, the shower head holder was broken. No overhead shower for me.

The staff was really attentive. I appreciated that. the hotel location IS superb, right in the heart of the area. many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, offering plenty of options.

The room was quite clean and modern. The location was fantastic and staff were friendly. The entrance gate closes at night, but my room key granted access. I found the pizza place a few doors east surprisingly good.

The room proves small for two people to be completely comfortable. I found all beds tight against the wall. It was difficult to get out on one side, especially for a couple.

I tried the breakfast, but I hoped it included more vegetables. Only tomato was available alongside mixed fruits for yogurt. The cheese board in the evening during Christmas was complementary, a pleasant surprise.

The room was clean, neat and stylish. The shower had great pressure. The room was compact but made space efficient and comfortable. Despite the hotel being located at The Strand, it was quiet.

The location provide easy access to many attractions. I walked to the National Gallery, Covent Garden, and Southbank. Plenty of tube connections are available at Embankment and Charing Cross stations.

the hotel's location was unbeatable. i found myself steps away from key attractions. the staff was genuinely kind and always ready to help. plus, the complimentary cheese and wine were such a charming touch. we loved it

i did find the entrance a bit cramped. it was tricky navigating with luggage when other guests were arriving, too.
