i found the staff very helpful and friendly. ilknur and hannah were particularly great. the breakfast was amazing!!! i especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the pastries that were available each morning.

the towels were a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue.

the location was really convenient. it was near a tube station and that helped me get around easily. the room was quite clean and the l'ocitane products were a nice touch. i liked that.

i found some issues in the bathroom. there were silverfish and i reported it but the manager didn't seem to know what they were. also, the toilet flush handle was broken, pretty annoying.
