Excellent Stay, Modern Vibe and Great Location!
modern design quick walk sound room
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the venue. The walk was quick and easy. I found the quirky, modern design quite appealing and nice. The soundproofing in the room helped me rest well..
The room was quite dark but there were many light options available.

The reception staff provided friendly assistance upon arrival. They were helpful in addressing questions and offering directions, made navigation easier. The staff facilitated a smooth check-in process.

The hotel is a short walk from the city center, about 5-10 minutes. It offers easy access by car. The hotel is very close to excellent dining options. Farro bakery is only a 2 minute walk.

Breakfast featured a buffet style. There were great vegan options available. These included vegan cheese, vegan sausage, and vegan pancakes. The breakfast service was efficient and well-stocked.

Excellent Stay
thoughtful design ample space comfortable sleep ample hooks
The room design was well thought out. The layout provided plenty of space for movement, which I appreciated. The bed felt more like a real bed than a block of stone, I had a comfortable sleep. I liked that there were ample coat hooks. I also was fond of the conditioner in the shower (a small touch , made a difference!).
The check-in desk was not immediately obvious upon entering, I found the reception desk after a quick tour.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Access to the city centre is easy from this location. It is also positioned on a busy main road, providing straightforward routes to nearby destinations.

small room overnight noise
The hotel room felt smaller than I anticipated. There was also significant noise OVERNIGHT coming from what sounded like machinery, disruptive. I requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked, and no alternative was available. This REALLY affected my ability to rest before an important meeting.

overcooked sausages cheap tea
the breakfast was a letdown the sausages were overcooked i also found the tea to be quite cheap i expected better quality for the price i paid the mattress was too hard for my liking

the hotel was in a really good central location just opposite a multi-story car park.
i didn't sleep because the room temperature was set at 24 degrees. that is at least 6 degrees hotter than i am used to. opening the window was noisy. (it was a lose-lose situation.)

fantastic hotel, great stay!
great location clean room easy parking
the location is super close to cabot circus. parking opposite the hotel is simple, with large spaces. the room was really clean and the shower felt amazing. i found the staff especially helpful and appreciated their quick support.
This caused very little noise.

the breakfast options included a wide range of choices. i saw a good selection of pastries. the coffee machine was easy to use, and there were multiple juice options, that i enjoyed.

the staff at the front desk was available 24/7. they were really quick to assist with questions. the quick checkout box was very handy because i left early. i didn't have to wait in line.

the hotel bar had a lively atmosphere. it was well-stocked. the gym features a treadmill and weights, but the space itself is somewhat small. guests were definitely using all available seating and spaces.

A Stay with Minor Issues
spacious room super clean cleanliness large bathroom fixed temperature customer service climate control
I found the room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom had a good size. I noticed towels were large and were good quality.
I must say that the climate control is set at a fixed temperature, I could not change it. I noticed the room was still 25.5°C when I returned. I was offered a fan, but this did not completely solve the problem.
