The hotel location is very central. Pavilion shopping mall is directly across the street. The room had great facilities with storage space for clothes. There was enough space for placing luggage.
The breakfast buffet did not offer much variety.

the room lacked a bathrobe upon arrival (but this was quickly resolved).

The hotel location offered quick access to shopping areas. The breakfast buffet included many options. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The beef burger was delicious and the rooms were clean .
There was no bathrobe in the upgraded room I received.

Mr. Junad poured Teh Tarik personally at breakfast. The bar service by Mr Delowar was very good, and he made excellent cocktails and Teh Tarik. I found the banquet staff to be helpful during the meeting (Platinum 2).

My room was tidy and spotlessly clean (what I expected!). I was very happy that the room was adapted for people with reduced mobility and was in good condition. the bed was super comfortable and huge.
