Bishnu was so nice and cute. He really tended to our needs. He made sure we had everything we needed. The food had a large variety of international cuisine.. also local dishes. Brunch, dinner, shisha, and pool all get a thumbs up from me.
Most of the staff were very kind, except the one at the front desk. This man was rude and seemed annoyed to answer questions. I was disappointed to receive such treatment after paying a lot of money for my stay.

The location is amazing, very close to the Dubai mall. Breakfast offered a great selection of foods (especially the pastries). The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests, for example getting a taxi.
I found the in-room amenities to be quite basic for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is steps away from the Dubai Mall, a major shopping destination (this makes access very convenient). The proximity to key attractions is a definite advantage for exploring the area.

My room had a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area (great. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries, I appreciated the design of the space.

The pool area included plenty of loungers and shaded areas, so finding a spot was easy. The gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and free weights. It is a comprehensive space.

the facilities were excellent. i especially liked the tremendous views from the hotel. it was a short walk inside the hotel to major attractions like the fountains and the mall. it felt worth it to stay here.
the breakfast service was a bit slow when ordering. we had finished eating before we received coffee.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym , with three treadmills and two stationary bikes , allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine. additionally , the pool area provides ample relaxation with twenty loungers and a shaded section for respite from the sun.

the breakfast buffet presented a tasteful variety of options , including both continental and local dishes , ensuring a satisfying start to the day. i also enjoyed dinner in my room , it was very good , with prompt service and careful presentation.
