amazing stay

i found my stay quite pleasant. my room included fresh pink roses and bottles of water. the hotel staff were always available, and they helped in every way. breakfast had lots of choices and the canal view was relaxing. lunch at high society was excellent.
the curtains in my room lacked blackout lining , causing early wake-ups. the pillows were not comfortable, impacting sleep. street noise was clearly audible too.

the horizon room featured a comfortable bed and provided a spacious walk-in dressing room, which i appreciated. the television system was useful , and the internet connection was reliable. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were present in the bathroom.

i observed that the breakfast offered a wide selection of pastries and fruit. the staff maintained a high standard of service, ensuring quick assistance. the gallery provided light meals with indoor and outdoor seating , a nice option.

the hotel is located near office towers and some hotels spread out over a wide distance. the burj khalifa is a short walk away. car rentals are available at the hotel , convenient for travel.

I enjoyed my stay. the location was convenient, everything seemed close by. the room provided luxurious comfort with a fantastic balcony view. the staff was helpful and courteous, my requests were handled promptly. the rooftop pool was amazing and the breakfast choices were very delicious. I will visit again for sure.
The gym access involved a short walk to a neighboring building. This arrangement proved slightly inconvenient

the room was very clean and in perfect condition. the bed provided a very comfortable sleep.
The check-in process took far too long. i had to wait nearly an hour after the stated check-in time for my room to be ready. This was quite frustrating after a long journey. the tv system was also slow and difficult to use.

The design is nice. I was impressed by the personal attention from the staff. The room is comfortable. The gym personal trainer Wael was amazing as usual.
My check in felt disappointing. I was told that assistance would arrive in 10 minutes, but a ninety minutes wait occurred. I waited another thirty minutes for my luggage. I had to call to remind them about luggage.
