I found such peace during my nights here. the staff were kind and helpful! jennifer at reception was especially nice. the food was delicious and i really loved the large pool. It seemed perfect to me.
The check-in felt long. I spent more than twenty minutes waiting to be organized. it felt a bit inconvenient after traveling.

The room was spacious, providing ample space to unwind. It included a comfortable king-size bed, two plush armchairs, and a work desk ideal for catching up on correspondence. the large windows offered panoramic views, and the room had black-out curtains.

The hotel offered numerous amenities, including a concierge service available 24/7 for immediate requests. They provided helpful information about city tours and local attractions and promptly addressed any issues i had. the staff's service felt attentive.

the rooms are spacious and clean. customer service was excellent and the food was great with lots of choice (especially the breakfast menu!). i will definitely be staying again. the location is amazing.
i found the bar charged for expensive tequila without showing a menu or the actual bottle. when challenged, staff stated that i asked for it, untrue. management was unhelpful and dishonest.
