Really good Service, Great Stay
warm welcome smooth check-in excellent service positive atmosphere
Mr. Sultan at the reception welcomed me warmly. His professionalism made the check-in seamless. The trainee receptionist also greeted me and clearly explained all the hotel facilities. Ms. Maisaa and Ms. Israa provided excellent service with amazing attention to detail. I extend my gratefulness for the positive atmosphere.

The hotel features a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills. It also includes stationary bikes and a range of weight machines. The outdoor pool area offers ample seating with comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. I am very grateful.

ramadan theme cozy room large bathroom unique items
The Ramadan theme was lovely. It really enhanced the spirit of the season. I loved the little souk. It had some unique items. The room felt neat and cozy. The bathroom was large with many amenities.
Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Some days were excellent. but others were lacking.

Staff offered a very warm reception. They made sure my preferences were met. Ronald. the bellboy, provided very nice assistance and made my arrival easy. This level of dedication elevated my stay.

My room included a very comfortable king bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. it also featured luxury toiletries. The room was spacious. offering enough room to relax and unwind.

kind staff big room
i found the reception staff, especially hayzel, very kind. the place was quiet, which i appreciated after long days. the big rooms were a definite plus, providing ample space to relax. i enjoyed these aspects a lot.

I found such peace during my nights here. the staff were kind and helpful! jennifer at reception was especially nice. the food was delicious and i really loved the large pool. It seemed perfect to me.
The check-in felt long. I spent more than twenty minutes waiting to be organized. it felt a bit inconvenient after traveling.

fantastic stay
spacious rooms excellent service great location
the rooms are spacious and clean. customer service was excellent and the food was great with lots of choice (especially the breakfast menu!). i will definitely be staying again. the location is amazing.
i found the bar charged for expensive tequila without showing a menu or the actual bottle. when challenged, staff stated that i asked for it, untrue. management was unhelpful and dishonest.
