Wonderful Dog-Friendly Estate

I found the grounds fine. My dog enjoyed them too. The staff proved helpful and friendly. Our dog had his own bed, food bowls, and a bag of treats waiting. This hotel is a wonderful spot to stay with your pooch.
The car park lighting at night was a bit dim, making it a little difficult to navigate, especially when walking the dog

The Estate Grill produced excellent food. The staff are attentive there. Breakfast included various delicious options, such as eggs benedict and fresh pastries. The Michelin-starred Tudor Pass offers an exquisite fine dining experience.

Our suite included a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The room was well-kept and kept super tidy. High-quality toiletries were supplied daily, a nice touch. The room decor reflected classic English style.

The hotel is near Windsor, Surrey, and Heathrow, very convenient. It is easy to get to via train and a short taxi drive. Uber is readily available, another benefit. I found it a perfect countryside escape.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Adam and Lewis were very good too ensure our comfort. Their insights into the hotel's history were fascinating. Charley, the Guest Services Manager, provides excellent hospitality.

The staff were friendly and efficient . The building has fascinating history, alongside lovely grounds with modern sculptures. I found my room immaculate and well-appointed.
I found controlling the temperature in my room to be somewhat difficult.

a fairytale stay, almost

i recently visited and the grounds felt magical. i strolled through the gardens and down to the serene lake, it was beautiful. the outdoor pool was a good haven of warm water. the building itself impressed me, it had original features and a grand feel to it.
the room felt a bit neglected. i noticed some areas were in need of repair, it distracted from the overall experience. the lack of attention to detail stood out, i was hoping for better.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. I appreciated the well kept gardens.
The pool wasn't great. I saw debris floating in it. also, children are not allowed to swim in the pool between 10 am and 4 pm and this wasn't clear on the website.
