friendly staff beautiful presentation missing towels digger proximity
The restaurant staff showed true dedication.. Their efficiency and friendliness. The views were indeed lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. Breakfast was perfect. Its presentation was beautiful.
I had to ask for towels, a minor inconvenience. I was not informed about changes to the spa.. Diggers were within 5 meters of the hot tubs and inside the relaxing room.

generally positive, but some issues
excellent food casual restaurant great service room temperature temperature information spa showers
the restaurant offered excellent food. Dinner in the main restaurant was enjoyable one evening. The more casual restaurant was also very nice. Staff demonstrated great service.
the room's temperature was hard to regulate, sadly. The thermostat seemed to only provide temperature information. There was no hot water in the morning, so i had to use the spa showers.

Really good stay with top-tier service
tidy hotel friendly staff excellent food
The staff exhibited excellent friendliness and knowledge, a trait very welcome. The location provided picturesque views, a visual delight to experience. Dining in the main restaurant was really good, food service was excellent, i found.
The temperature control in the room proved a tad difficult to manage. The thermostat seemed to provide temperature information only.

The hotel is situated in an excellent spot with amazing views, this offers a visually stimulating experience for all guests. Its elevated position allowed panoramic enjoyment of the surrounding landscape.

The spa facilities added to the relaxation opportunities here, awesome for moments of calm. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast, a convenient benefit for early risers.

Breakfast was superb, with a three-tier cake stand adding to the presentation of food. Every item on it tasted good. The snug bar offered a beautifully decorated christmas atmosphere.

The staff was very attentive and ensured a smooth experience from check-in through departure. Personnel addressed needs promptly and courteously. The service was so good.
