great service usb charger spacious room convenient parking
The staff provided great service. My room included a USB wall charger, very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was right outside the door. Made loading and unloading very easy.

I had both dinner and breakfast. The food was exquisite with great presentation and flavor. The hotel provided more than two caffeinated coffee packets in my room. That was very much appreciated.

The location is excellent as a base for exploring the surrounding area. I found the parking convenient since it was located right outside the door. Wi-Fi was more than adequate.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was piping hot, but the radiators could be turned down. Opening the window was a great option too. That provided fresh air.

strong shower delicious breakfast attentive chef broken fan missing toiletries no housekeeping
the shower was very strong and quite hot i found it perfect after my journey breakfast was made to order i thought it was delicious the chef even came to our table this ensured that everything was ok
the bathroom extractor fan was not working i also noted there were no toiletries as advertised both issues were reported but the fan was not fixed there was no housekeeping so tea coffee and milk were not replaced

decent stay near pitlochry
spacious room comfy beds good table
the size of the room WAS huge. It was very spacious and well put together with a table and chairs to sit at. I found the two twin beds super comfy.
i think in terms of value for money, it fell well short of all other places we have stayed. Pillows smelled musty.

the room provides a hairdryer and tea making facilities. there is a truck stop next door, very good and convenient for breakfast. a television is in the right position within the room.

a staff member were great, very hospitable. they gave directions to nearby places to eat and lots of information about the surrounding area.

the location is perfect and convenient for the surrounding area. it is equidistant between pitlochry and dunkeld. i also liked it is essentially a service stop including petrol station.
