missing balcony late room cleaning
The hotel fell short of expectations. i booked a sea view balcony room. upon arrival, i discovered the room lacked a balcony, a condition critical due to smoking preferences. it took considerable effort to secure a different room at 3 a.m., situated on the opposite side of the hotel. A subsequent move closer occurred two nights later.

charmed by the palm stay!
friendly staff amazing food wellness room cleanliness
The staff's friendliness charmed me. the food was amazing!!! especially at toro loco restaurant. the wellness room impressed me. It included jacuzzis and a state-of-the-art gym. the hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the pools were fantastic, particularly the area with fruit and ice cream booths.

the hotel has multiple pools. one pool features a swim-up bar, and there is a soft play area inside the buffet restaurant for children. the gym includes both strength and cardio equipment ensuring a comprehensive workout.

the restaurants offered varied, delicious options, including à la carte restaurants. the buffet dining restaurants were superb, with staff providing excellent service. the range and quality of food was amazing!!! a true delight for my taste buds.

Very nice All-Inclusive Experience
diverse food great attitude excellent facilities high expectations
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel provided diverse food and beverage options, great. Staff members was consistently helpful, showing a great attitude. The facilities was excellent, exceeding expectations, that is sure.
The gym lacked a few free weights, limiting certain workout options. This was a shame because everything else was first rate.

Our Premium Room Sea View had ample storage and useful amenities. A well designed space contributed to a very comfortable stay. The room also featured two separate sinks, which helped speed up morning routines.

The buffet lunch and dinner offered a range of options. L'Olivo was amazing, I have dined there twice. I found the food to be of high quality, exceeding usual all inclusive standards, that is great.

The customer service team, Zaynah and Hazem, took care of any needs promptly. They were always available and solved requests. Staff members was attentive during meal times too.

The resort featured well maintained grounds and a pool area, really nice. The main pool had a lively swim up bar that offered a great drinks service. There was also a dedicated fruit man, that provided inspired poolside snacks.

extensive buffet ice cream
the restaurants and bars impressed me. the buffet is extensive with many choices. i particularly enjoyed the pool area and the fruit and ice cream booths (the ice cream was a treat!).
we were offered late times initially. it was only after speaking with the manager that we secured earlier reservations.

Toro loco restaurant stands out as a dining highlight. the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice. the personnel is friendly and helpful. They ensured a lovely night and experience.

the suite is huge and very comfortable. it has well-designed bathrooms and independent air conditioning controls for each bedroom. the suite includes two tvs and two fridges each refilled daily with soft drinks.

excellent buffet beautiful design
The dining options were excellent. La Turca had a consistently excellent buffet for lunch and dinner. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed with plenty of storage and amenities, I consider that a great plus.
