The spacious room had good amenities. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the variety of food options. Many different things were available at the restaurant buffet.
Coordination issues among the staff resulted in delays, and this was disappointing

The hotel is close to Emirates Palace and Qasr el Watan. Marina Mall is also a short walk, about two minutes. This makes it easy to explore the area, which, I think, is great.

The breakfast included various food selections and beverages. Service was quick and also friendly. Large, clean rooms included good facilities and beds were very comfortable. The Bakery allowed getting lunch and snacks between standard mealtimes. Service was excellent there.
Rooms lacked windows and it makes getting fresh air more difficult.

the hotel location was fine, making it simple to see the area.
the telephone support were bad. i had to call many times to get someone whether from my room or my cell. sometimes i just gave up after trying three or four times and waiting for over five minutes each time. i needed something quickly couriered to me from the room once so i used the spa's whatsapp because i couldnt reach reception. when i complained about this when checking out, the lady at the desk smiled but dismissed my complain. this is not good service in the uae and i wont visit this place again anytime soon. it is bad that hospitality was almost non-existent.

the hotel staff were attentive in many areas , ensuring needs were met quickly. all-inclusive opportunities had great food and drink selections. check-in and check-out processes were fast, simplifying the arrival and departure.

the hotel has a beach. i could walk to shopping centers nearby. the hotel provided convenient access to the main attractions. transportation options were readily available outside the hotel entrance.
