The room faced the garden. It was peaceful. the hotel ensured cleanliness, which i value. the staff quickly helped with my questions, which i thought was good service. the gym had equipment for a full workout. I found it adequate.

dusty surfacespoor soundproofing

The room was not cleaned very well. dust covered surfaces , and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly. also , the soundproofing was poor . I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax and sleep well , especially since i was trying to unwind after a long day. it's disappointing when basic cleanliness and noise issues detract from what could otherwise be a great stay.

DEspite some issues, an okay stay

unpleasant smellloud piano

My stay had a few problems. I booked a room advertised WITH garden views, but I saw the hotel rubbish dump from one window and a skip from the other. The staff NEVER responded to my email about it. Also , the automatic piano in the lobby played VERY loud. The kitchen exhaust was audible in my room.

A Beautiful Hotel with Amazing Staff!

I was met by amazing staff at reception. They had the biggest smiles and the warmest of welcomes. My room overlooked the terrace, it was very clean, and the bed was a joy to sleep in! I booked a table in the restaurant and I had beautifully cooked food, sea bream, perfect. The spread at breakfast was sublime, you can't ask for more!

I waited 15 minutes for someone to appear upon arrival. My room was very small and cold. I was eventually given a radiator that took up even more space in the room.
