the staff were friendly, appreciated.

the room i booked, a club twin, was smaller than expected. the shower pressure was also quite low. the bathroom could use an update (the tiles looked a bit old).

my room was very quiet, despite the hotel's location on a main road. the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, promoting restful sleep. euston station is only a short walk, approximately five minutes away.

the gym lacks free weights, yoga mats, and readily available water, limiting workout options.

the staff provided a cute experience with their accommodating attitude. front desk personnel were efficient, managing check-in and requests smoothly. i observed attentive service that added positively to my stay.
