The air conditioning was REALLY weak. It only goes down to 18 degrees. Windows don't open so it was not cool enough. I can't imagine how bad it would be in summer. The tv WOULDN'T even come on. The iPad said it was on though.

i really loved how high-tech everything was. the ipad controlled all the room functions. also, the wood floors. and the bed! it was unbelievably comfortable, i didn't want to get up!

The room was pretty small. The bathroom felt a little cramped.

The hotel is near train and motor coach stations, so transport was easy. also the area has lots of places to eat and drink. it was super convenient. We loved that!

convenient stay near victoria station

the location proved convenient, being a short walk from Victoria station. arriving from gatwick airport was easy using the gatwick express train. it's nice i could store my luggage for free since i arrived before check-in time. the self-check-in process was efficient at the terminal.

The room size felt a bit compact. It was the width of the bed itself. the layout could be improved to offer more space for movement. i did miss having more room to move around in.

i was disappointed. my room felt quite small and cramped. one side of the bed pressed right against the wall , made it hard to get in and out. the lack of tea-making facilities was a BIG letdown. i had to pay extra for a cup in the restaurant.
