hot breakfast running air conditioning
The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well (which was very welcome). I also appreciated the hot breakfast selection. There were tasty options available each morning.
The hotel lacked readily available assistance with strollers, requiring navigation of steps and narrow manual doors.

stuffy room poor soundproofing
The room was quite stuffy! the air conditioning seemed to struggle, and i couldn't open a window, so it got pretty warm during the night. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway, a noisy cleaning, poor soundproofing.

mixed feelings about my stay
loud stomping no response
the room itself was clean on the surface. i liked the club room, it had stairs going up to the bed.
the noise from the room above was just awful. loud stomping sounds occurred constantly and made the chandelier rattle. i even recorded a video of the disturbances, though no solution was provided . i tried to contact them afterwards through email and social media, but got no response.

friendly staff spacious room quiet atmosphere
I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern, with a very clean feel. The buffet breakfast offered tasty options. I liked how quiet the hotel was, a peaceful retreat after a busy day.
The paid parking was not directly at the hotel.

The hotel provides convenient access to Canary Wharf. The hotel is also very near to public transportation. This made getting around simple and quick, and it was a convenient spot for exploring the area.

The hotel provided a well-equipped fitness room. I saw the gym includes cardio equipment and weights. I enjoyed the available amenities. They certainly enhanced my stay and allowed for relaxation and exercise.

The staff was polite. Staff offered assistance with directions and requests. Their helpful attitude. I felt welcomed and well taken care of .

My room was a Lansbury Octagonal Tower. The room provided ample space and modern decor. I found the bed comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly, which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay.
