The staff were helpful. They always met my needs! Breakfast was good. It offered multiple options. The room resembled a little apartment. I liked that it.
The bathroom boiler did not reach an adequate heating level. It only became slightly warm. The bathtub shower handle was broken. This caused water to spray everywhere. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and often did not work at all.

My room location was fantastic! I booked the suite terrace and had a table plus two chairs directly facing the twice-weekly parties. The patio overlooked the entire party area. A chain provided a VIP feel. My wristband allowed access. The couch was comfortable.
The hotel's WiFi signal was weak. It barely worked in my room. I had trouble staying connected. This made it hard to get things done online.

The food from Bus Stop was AMAZING!!! Ahmed El Sayid in Bus Stop cafe was amazing and made my breakfasts very nice and fun. The food quality was high.

I found the staff quite helpful. Ahmed on reception assisted me multiple times. Mohamed and Alla at reception also provided excellent help. Ahmed El Sayid at the Bus Stop cafe made my breakfasts nice and fun. His colleagues Jamal Joseph, Kharim, and Mokta assisted well. Ahmed Meligny, who worked nights, was super attentive. Zakariah and Jarene from housekeeping ensured the rooms were super clean. They were always ready to assist.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room sometimes proved weak, which caused minor inconvenience.
