I found the recreational activities quite enjoyable. the waterslide was a definite highlight, so fun! the hotel ensured my safety, and i noticed it was very clean. the service stood out. The waiters and receptionists were kind. cleaners were also helpful. the atmosphere was pleasant.
I found that the evening programs could be a bit loud. It was difficult to relax in my room until they finished.

The restaurant manager, Mohammed was very friendly. He catered to all needs with a smile! The reception team, especially Mohammed, was very helpful. He made me laugh. It was a great experience.
The all-inclusive package was not very comprehensive. Options for free cocktails were limited. I ended up buying coconut milk from a shop. The cups were not always clean. That was a problem.

The food selection was repetitive. it lacked variety, especially for an extended stay. the quality also declined towards the end of the week. the evening entertainment needed improvement. It was often loud and not very engaging. i found it difficult to relax in my room some evenings because of the noise. it ended too late.
