nice stay
convenient location spacious rooms well-kept grounds
the location was nice and convenient. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Daily towel service was consistent and prompt and I appreciated it. The grounds were also beautifully landscaped.
i thought the wifi connection was unstable sometimes and a bit slow at peak hours, especially in the evenings, a real issue for remote work.

the staff ensured my needs were promptly met and requests were handled efficiently, from room service to reception assistance, always showing attentiveness and professionalism with every interaction.

the main dining area offered a wide range of cuisine options with themed nights, with fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes, all prepared with care and attention to presentation, which i liked a lot.

the pools and beach areas were well kept and offered plenty of space for relaxation, sunbeds and umbrellas were always available, and the water activities provided additional entertainment for everyone.

mixed feelings about the stay
faulty air conditioning limited food
the pools were acceptable for a quick swim.
My room's air conditioning wasn't working. it would turn off randomly during the night and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. the food options were pretty limited and lacked variety. I found myself eating almost the same thing every day.

The food was delicious and always fresh. Mohamed Ashraf really made our evenings special with his excellent service in the dining room. We loved it! The reception staff arranged for easy airport transfers, a great convenience.
