The staff at the reception was very helpful. Food options were diverse each day, which i liked. The cleaning service kept the room tidy daily. I appreciated it. Activities organized by the Entertainment Team were fun and kept us busy throughout our stay.
The wifi was slow in the room.

The room was always clean and well kept. I had a beautiful double room, and it was spacious. The air conditioning worked very well (which is important!).

The restaurant had a buffet for all meals, with different dishes and desserts available. The restaurant staff always smiled and were very polite. I found the variety of food to be satisfactory.

The reception team was polite and professional. The bar crew was friendly and always ready to help. I thought the service was overall efficient (especially the promptness of the staff).

The pools were nice, and the location was great. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The staff overall were friendly and cute. I found them very accommodating.
The food is realy bad, the breakfast is terrible. It was like a prison breakfast. You dont get any service if you dont tip the waiters. It is the worst all inclusive deal I ever had.

I really appreciated the friendly reception staff. messamah kept my room very clean, and hossam kamel, the restaurant assistant, provided excellent service. the shuttle service to the hotel's beach was very convenient. I especially enjoyed the great snorkeling there. all the main meals and poolside snacks tasted amazing!!!
the ice cream and some drinks cost extra after 11 pm, slightly inconvenient.
