the service was lacking. i asked three times for extra amenities to be delivered to my room and didn't receive them. the shower wasnt good and the sink drained slowly.

The location provided easy access to shops and dining. I found the staff consistently accommodating to my needs . The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and hot dishes.
The hallway carpets showed some signs of wear.

The hotel's location is perfect on the main square, a short walk from the railway station. the staff were cute and helpful. breakfast offered many options. I appreciated the attention to dietary needs with a gluten-free section. the room had a great view of the square!!!
street noise was noticeable because of poor sound isolation. drunk people and garbage trucks at 4 a.m. were disturbing. i think soundproofing improvements are necessary for a better night's sleep.
