tube stationfriendly staff
i loved its location. it was so close to the tube station, the piccadilly line. the staff was super friendly. complimentary coffee and tea was lovely, i liked it a lot.
the room felt small, like a cage. i think the pictures made it seem bigger than it was.

The breakfast service was great with tasty food. i found free parking on the street one day. the room was spacious. It included a balcony where i enjoyed champagne.

the room size was great, and the location was convenient. i liked that the building have a terrace, and it is rare.
My room wasn't actually in the main hotel but in a building next door. It was occupied by private tenants who were very loud late at night.

the room have a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. i also have toiletries provided, i used them for a relaxing bath. the daily cleaning service keep everything tidy.

the hotel is near earls court tube station, it takes just 5 minutes to walk. there is many pubs and restaurants in walking distance. i found the area safe.
