A Charming Stay in a Prime Spot

The location was definitely a highlight. Our room had a nice city view. I found the staff very helpful and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast was good with an excellent selection of pastries.

The room size was smaller than anticipated, it affected our ability to fully relax after a long day.

I appreciated the friendly staff, they were very helpful. the location was also perfect. Everything i wanted to see was within a short walk.

the air conditioning unit was both noisy and ineffective. as a result, i had a poor night's sleep.

fantastic stay in the heart of everything

i loved how central everything was plus the staff are friendly. it was easy to walk to many spots from the hotel. the reception staff were very nice and helpful plus the location is great for exploring the city center.

the room i had was a bit basic i think compared to what i expected for the price i saw better rooms elsewhere. also the breakfast area felt a bit small for all the guests so it felt crowded.

the location IS amazing, close to casco viejo and transportation. staff was friendly.

The ROOM was really basic and poor value for the price, when compared to rooms elsewhere. breakfast was also disappointing. The area was not large enough for the number of guests.

The location had views over the square nearby. The room included thoughtful furnishing. I saw the river and some cafes near the hotel.

The hotel air conditioning was not on. I could not sleep because of loud music. The hotel also lacked coffee making facilities.
