The breakfast had an excellent balance between service and self-service. The staff at reception was always present for any needs i had (which was really helpful).
The room i stayed in felt a little basic. The kettle should be replaced. It had lots of scale in it, unfortunately.

The room felt quite cold. The shower offered a choice of either good pressure or warm water but not both. I also found only one type of tea available in the room it was not much of a selection.

the room felt quite dated, sort of like stepping back in time (and not in a good way). the bathroom was particularly disappointing. the shower had very weak water pressure, and the towels were small and thin. i also noticed quite a few cobwebs in the corners of the room, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. the lack of modern amenities was disappointing, weak water

The staff was very friendly! the food was amazing. The seabass stood out as really good! the room was very clean, adequate for our stay, and comfortable! i found parking very easy with plenty of space available.
The greeting upon my late arrival was rather terse and not particularly helpful. It lacked common courtesy given my circumstances, a bit disappointing.

The evening meal was straightforward pub grub. breakfast was excellent. The full english was well cooked and lovely and hot. i tried the seabass dish, and it was probably the best i have ever had.

rooms are in an annexe built onto the premises. the room was adequate for our stay. it was super clean and cozy. the bed itself was super clean, which i appreciated.

the staff were struggling just with numbers but made every possible effort, noticeable. staff are very friendly and helpful. the hotel is very easy to access for coming and going.

the breakfast was great with lots of choices. the staff were fantastic through out our stay. they were all lovely and friendly! dinners and puddings were fantastic, great portions were provided, and it was very tasty.
the bed was so uncomfortable. i didn't sleep well and i am now suffering back pain. it was like i was just laying on springs. there was no support!
