Breakfast had such a great variety. I especially loved the coffee machine! it even offered masala tea, surprisingly good. the food quality was amazing!!! the staff were super polite and efficient too.
I found the gym a bit too small for a hotel this size. It only had a few treadmills. there really should be more equipment for the number of guests.

The staff members were always ready to help with a smile. Their attentiveness really stood out. they answered all questions and solved all issues efficiently. everyone contributed to a cute atmosphere.

The hotel provides a rooftop pool offering skyline views of the area. It included separate jacuzzis for men and women. a well-equipped gym is on the premises plus a sauna and a steam room. these facilities were decent and clean.

the breakfast buffet offered many options, including a dedicated indian food section. i found the variety quite sufficient for a longer stay. the quality of ingredients seemed very good.

I found the breakfast spread excellent. the indian food options were tasty. the rooms were big. Beds were really comfortable. the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. the housekeeping service was efficient. room cleaning was perfect.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear. a few treadmills had minor operational glitches. but the rest of the facilities were satisfactory.

the hotel has convenient access to major attractions. it is approximately 600 meters from the burjuman metro station, a major interchange, so traveling around the city is easy. this accessibility makes it ideal for exploring the city.

the room was clean and in excellent condition.
i was promised an upgrade but was denied. the room was not sound proof, i could clearly hear people talking. the front desk staff is non responsive and cold.
