The room was cleaned every day, acceptable.
The check-in process NEEDS improvement. I had to fill out passport and address details by hand EVERY time! It seemed like the 20th century. staff were rude.

i found the hotel to have multiple restaurants and a bar, providing varied dining options. a fitness area was available interested in exercise.
the reception staff was occasionally unhelpful, slightly frustrating.

the room was clean and in good condition with a well-planned lighting system in both the room and bathroom. a radio was installed in the bathroom, a unique and fun feature. air conditioning worked effectively, contributing to a comfortable room temperature (this was much appreciated).

the room was very spacious and well-kept. the parking garage had electric car chargers (a great perk for ev owners). breakfast offered many choices and the staff was friendly.
the front desk could improve its check-in process. i had to fill out passport and address details by hand, which seemed inefficient.
