missing towelslukewarm drinks
this hotel was a letdown, plain and simple. the rooms werent properly stocked. we had to chase down housekeeping daily for towels and extra water. the mini-fridge was never cold, so all drinks were lukewarm. it was frustrating and annoying. i do not understand why i had to follow up everyday just to get the basic items for a shower! no one seems to care.

the beach was very nice and the facilities met my needs.
I had problems with the air conditioning in my room. it cut off during the night and made the room uncomfortable. the staff did try to fix it, but it kept happening, and i found it hard to sleep. also, the food at the main buffet got repetitive after a few days. I wished for more variety.

the resort is super clean and striking. palm trees and lush grass add to the scenery. we had access to two big outdoor pools.
the music by one pool was quite loud at times, it bothered me a little.
