My stay had a couple of hiccups. the steak and ale pie lacked meat. What meat existed was not tender. breakfast was worse. Several menu items were unavailable both mornings. on the first day, they didn't mention unavailable items until after i chose. on the second day, the excuse was a monday delivery.

the room was quite warm, and the fan provided didn't really help. it was hard to sleep comfortably. also, the promised invoice never arrived even after i called to request it, it,s frustrating for business expenses. it,s a lack of follow through from the staff.
