direct access picturesque views twin room request high prices
the location was really good for attending a show at the 02 arena. i found a Convenient covered walkway that provided direct access. the breakfast buffet was substantial, with a considerable assortment of options to choose from. the views FROM THE HOTEL were quite picturesque.
unfortunately, my request wasn't honored, a slight disappointment. additionally, i thought some extras were priced unusually high.

Fantastic O2 Experience!
convenient location delicious options modern equipment attentive staff
I loved the hotel's proximity to the O2 arena. This made attending the event easy. The included breakfast offered many delicious options. I found the gym had modern equipment including multiple treadmills and stationary bikes, great. The staff provided excellent service and were always very attentive to requests.
I experienced a slight delay when checking in because there were many guests arriving at the same time.

Breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. I saw fresh pastries, fruits, cereals, and cooked options available in the dining area. The restaurant seats around 200 guests. This made starting the day really easy.

The concierge assisted with directions and recommendations for local attractions! Staff members were available at the front desk 24/7! They were quick to address inquiries and provide support throughout my stay.

Really good Stay Near O2
special entrance helpful staff
The location was superb for attending an event at the O2 arena. A special entrance allowed direct access. The room was spacious and clean. It included water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits. The fridge had also stock. Bathroom amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. I appreciated the staff who were helpful.
The linen quality affected my sleep. The duvet reminded me of a cheap polyester. It was noisy with movement. The pillows offered little support. Sleeping with two pillows felt the same as sleeping with none.

I found samira helpful with local spots. she guided me on the tube as it was my first time. i found the staff very pleasant and cute. the rooms were clean. I really loved that.
The room service menu was only available via a qr code. That took extra time.

i especially appreciated the private walkway to the o2, a real game changer for attending concerts! the hotel also provided access to the steam room, sauna, and swimming pool.
I noticed some hair, a cellophane wrapper, and mud on the floor. A more thorough vacuuming would improve the room's cleanliness.

the staff was helpful. the room was spacious. the views were fabulous. breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The room i booked wasn't ready. the bed was too soft for my liking. i encountered some difficulties during check-in. It was not up to standard.
