The complimentary toiletries provided were of high quality. The breakfast selection was very good and met my expectations. I was also pleased with the spacious room I occupied.

really wonderful stay!
easy location convenient entrance helpful information
the location was great , it was easy to reach nearby areas. i found the keypad entrance system convenient. the host provided helpful local information, which i found useful during my explorations. the breakfast variety met my expectations.
the car park spaces felt a bit narrow for larger vehicles , so i had to be careful while parking.

the staff provided friendly service , they were attentive to guest needs. i had easy communication with them, this ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. assistance was readily available whenever i needed it.

the breakfast included a good selection. the dining room created a beautiful atmosphere. i observed fresh ingredients, and this added to the quality. local beers were available at the bar downstairs.

Okay, but with notable issues
shabby room accumulated dust
Parking was available on site and was free, which I expect as standard.
The room I had was NOTHING like the rooms displayed on the website. It was shabby and tired. There was a faint odour I found unpleasant. Clumps of hair and dust seemed to have gathered behind the bedside tables for YEARS. I expect higher standards than this.
