the staff were SO helpful. Location is GREAT, very close to public transport! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with lots of choices. I loved this hotel. Car parking was available and convenient, i did appreciate it.

the pillows were TOO soft for MY liking.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The sauna is spacious and very clean. Fresh towels are provided. A variety of equipment supports a comprehensive workout for all guests. It REALLY impressed me.

The location was central. It provided easy access to many local sites with the free tram passes they gave me..

The room was cold when i arrived. I had to put on warm clothes just to sleep. When i checked in, the receptionist stared at the screen for 25 minutes without saying a word, and was also unfriendly. It felt a little awkward.

the room was spacious and quiet. i appreciated that it faced away from the street. the staff were quite helpful (particularly with directions).

upon arrival, i experienced a 25-minute wait at reception. the receptionist seemed unsure and did not explain the delay. i found this inconvenient.
