The bedroom seemed a bit basic, even though it was supposed to be an 'upgrade'. Dust was visible on the bathroom surfaces. Also the shower bottles did not pump. I had to remove the lids. I found that disappointing.

i found the staff cute and helpful upon arrival. the room was bright, airy, and recently refurbished to a high standard. breakfast offered a great varied selection, a definite plus.
the room was warm during the night, even with the heating off..

The staff was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was great. The room was nice and big. It included a lovely bathroom with a bath.
Parking is tight. It was difficult to find a space. The breakfast schedule was strict. I couldn't eat when I wanted. I had to adhere to their timetable.
