Excellent Stay, Highly Recommended
attentive staff lobby lounge skyline view great service
The staff were attentive throughout my stay. Mary in the lobby lounge provided UNLIMITED drinks and snacks. The breakfast had lovely views of the skyline. The service sets this hotel apart from others I HAVE stayed at.
The lift button near my room was broken. This caused the lift to continuously open and close. This was an inconvenience, especially at night.

The reception staff greeted guests with smiles and attentiveness. Dhwani, a waitress in the executive lounge, was polite and helpful. The doorman offered a warm welcome and quick assistance with luggage and directions.

Breakfast offers a massive choice of foods. The view from the dining room IS amazing. I got the pleasure of ordering food off the a la carte menu and found this addition lovely.

The room I stayed in was classy and roomy. The bed was blissfully comfortable and ensured restful sleep. The bathroom featured an elegant design and had ample space for toiletries.

friendly staff convenient parking rude receptionist incorrect room
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well looked after. There is underground parking right outside.
I found the receptionist to be quite rude. She mumbled at me, so I had to ask her to repeat everything and make eye contact. We did not get the rooms we had booked and paid for in advance.

amazing quality amiable staff
the staff are amiable. the breakfast buffet offers many of choices with AMAZING quality. each staff member greeted us with a smile, its very lovely.
the pool has a terrible policy, they do not allow kids inside.

charmed by this hotel!
rooftop bar spa massage accommodating staff
the rooms are equiped with nice amenities. the rooftop bar, a very nice spot for sunset views, it has great drinks. the spa had amazing massages and the customer service, i felt so welcomed. tanvi was accommodating and made sure my birthday went well.
the staff in the restaurant seemed unhappy to be there and i did overhear arguments. the manager spoke to other staff disrespectfully. noise from air control units made sleeping hard. the soap dispenser was empty and the suite wasn't excellent, a let down.
