the staff was very friendly. i found the room to be quite spacious and bright. the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation (i used the buses a lot).

the window didn't have curtains that fully blocked out light. the bathroom was really small. the stairs were narrow and there was no elevator (it was hard with my luggage).

i loved how close everything was! i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the staff were really helpful with directions and recommendations. plus, the room was cleaned every day! the location was amazing for seeing the sights!!!

the bathroom was super tiny. there really wasn't much space to move around. i couldn't find an outlet in the bathroom either. also, there wasn't much space for my clothes.
