the location was good near bus stops and within walking distance to restaurants.
the bar service was not good i ordered a decaf coffee and it was instant coffee from a sachet it tasted bad also the towel rail was falling off the wall in my room

The location proved ideal with easy access to key attractions (i especially enjoyed the nearby british museum). the rooms are spacious and well kept. i particularly appreciated the excellent customer service from raj. He was always ready to assist with a smile.

the reception staff offered a warm welcome. they promptly addressed any inquiries i had. i was impressed with their attentiveness and dedication to.

the room was clean, fresh and well presented (i even got a complimentary room upgrade!). complimentary water and a minibar were nice touches. bathrobes and slippers were provided for extra comfort in the clean bathroom.

i found the location great. it was easy to get around the city on foot. i also liked that my room had a nespresso coffee machine. it was definitely a plus. the room was kept clean every day too.
the bar service could be better. i ordered a decaf coffee and it was instant. it came from a sachet and tasted far too strong! also, the towel rail in my room was falling off the wall. that was not good.
