the location was very convenient near the opera house. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. my room had a good amount of space. the hotel offered prompt recognition upon my return each day.
i noticed the sink drain in my room seemed a bit loose. otherwise, everything was satisfactory.

i found the location excellent, just a short distance from many key attractions. nearby breakfast cafes offered convenient options. the staff was helpful, and i received complimentary water bottles. the building's quiet atmosphere, despite its central location, was a plus.
The room needed a deep clean. I noticed some issues . there were holes in the window dressings and flaking paint on the bathroom wall. mould was visible on the ceiling above the shower. It definitely requires attention.

I particularly enjoyed the pedestrian broad court. It provided a quiet atmosphere. the twin room was well-kept and quite clean. i appreciated the genuine and cute service from the manager and front desk staff. the return visit was like coming home.
i noticed the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but it did not impact my visit.
