excellent stay in the city
good planning natural light large screen
check-in was quick and simple the front desk staff provided information about breakfast hours and location. our room had new refurbishment it featured good planning with sufficient storage space. large windows provided plenty of natural light also the bathroom was well laid out with a large screen replacing the shower curtain.
i had difficulties getting the heating system to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature in the room.

totally awesome stay!
speedy check-in clean room comfy bed
the check-in was super speedy ,and the staff were really helpful. our newly refurbished standard double room was spotlessly clean ,and i was so excited about the comfy bed! the location was also a winner ,close to everything we needed.
honestly ,the soundproofing wasn't the best ,and i could hear some noise from other rooms at times. it wasn't a major issue ,but something to be aware of.

easy access clean room comfortable bed refurbished decor temperature control morning noise
The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. A tube station was very close offering easy transport throughout the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found the refurbished room decor to be quite pleasing.
The room's temperature was centrally controlled I found this to be uncomfortably warm. Adjusting the thermostat had no effect I was given a fan.

wine limitation poor service
the bar was a letdown , they only sold bottles of wine , not single glasses. this was annoying. even worse , someone from staff barged into my room at 8 am without waiting , while i was in the shower with the door open. i reported this at checkout , and they offered accor points , but i never received them. their customer service is poor.
