okay stay but not really good

rejuvenating treatmentsperfect roomefficient teamaloof doormenempty bottlesoverworked staff
The hotel spa was a true standout. The treatments felt rejuvenating. housekeeping kept my beautiful room king impeccably clean. the concierge team demonstrated efficiency in managing requests, their warmth enhanced the overall experience.
The doormen looked aloof. Their demeanor felt more like security. replenishing empty water bottles required a request, this detail felt overlooked. breakfast in the lobby felt disappointing. The staff seemed overworked.

a decent stay

spacious roomsluxurious bedbeautiful foodsterile roomoverworked staffexpensive parking
The rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed, and they are super comfortable. the luxurious bed offered a very soft and tender rest. dining presentation was amazingly beautiful. The food was very pleasing to the eye.
The room lacked charm and felt somewhat sterile. i found the breakfast in the lobby disappointing. The staff seemed overworked. it felt a bit too clinical for the price. though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive.

I appreciated the valet system in the room. It provided seamless deliveries. the staff were cute. this. the location was also very central.
The spa changing rooms were cramped. There was nowhere to sit. the pool area lacked ambience. It felt far too bright. i wished for a more relaxing atmosphere.
