The afternoon tea had interesting flavors, including a smorgasbord of sandwiches, savoury bites, scones, and cakes. Tea and coffee pots were refreshed regularly. I was so full after my meal!

I booked afternoon tea for ten family members for an 80th birthday celebration. The location is beautiful and decor is fine. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious and plentiful.
I found tables were too close, I sat beside guests finishing lunch. Cooking smells interfered with my enjoyment of delicacies. Afternoon tea bookings should not coincide with lunch.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They even treated us to a dessert. It was a nice surprise as we celebrated my retirement and my daughter's birthday.

The building has been refurbished to a very high standard. I had lunch with family for my mother's birthday. We enjoyed coffees in the garden and one of the managers brought out petit fours with birthday wishes.

the staff were so cute. i really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. it felt luxurious (especially with the eclectic artwork). the food was also delicious with tasty dinner and breakfast options.
the room was quite warm. i could not open the windows and the duvet felt heavy. it made sleeping a bit difficult.

I booked an afternoon tea for a small group. The location was beautiful and the decor was fine. I appreciated attentive staff, delicious food, and generous portions. The staff brought petit fours with birthday wishes on a plate. I found this very thoughtful.
During afternoon tea, I waited nearly thirty minutes for savouries and desserts. The reason was afternoon tea bookings arrived together. I think bookings shouldn't coincide. A smell of frying oil interfered with enjoyment of the delicacies. I found that annoying.
