The kitchenette had a full-size fridge and a microwave, which i found really useful. the location was excellent because kensington gardens are just across the road. It made carrying my luggage to the upper floors so much easier.
the passages felt a little small because they had some cleaning equipment stored there.

the location WAS amazing near Kensington Gardens. I found many cafes nearby. The queensway train station around the corner was convenient. My room had tons of outlets and USB-A ports for charging.
the room was poorly laid out , we could barely get past the bed. i hurt myself on the bed frame corner. the coffee pot WAS broken.

the bed was comfortable and clean. the location made it easy to reach many buses and trains in about ten minutes. the availability of a fridge and kitchen meant i did not have to eat out all the time.
the phone to reception did not work. i had to go downstairs to ask questions.
