the apartment size was generous and suited my needs well. the kitchen included all necessary equipment for meal preparation. i found the location quite central, with easy access to transportation. the front desk staff offered assistance when needed.
the noise from the underground trains was noticeable, particularly during peak hours.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer. Its central location was also a HUGE plus. A supermarket was only a short walk away.
I noticed some noise from the hallway, as the apartment door had a considerable gap. The bed was quite firm and i found it less comfortable than expected. I also had to ask for more toilet paper.

slippery shower constant noise
the shower was positioned within the bathtub and prove slippery, hazardous. noise from the underground subway was a constant issue, even at the fifth floor. it was audible. furthermore, the provided tea towel was inadequate. the reception did not answer the phone and were not in the lobby, therefore it was difficult to get new towels.

Fantastic Stay Near St Paul's
equipped kitchen convenient location helpful staff
The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. A Sainsbury's Local is conveniently located just a minute away. Several tube stations are within easy walking distance. The 24-hour reception was especially convenient, providing helpful and friendly staff.
The sound of underground trains passing was noticeable at times.

useful dryer spacious apartment bad mattress missing tv
the kitchen had everything i needed. a washer and dryer were also available and very useful. the apartment was clean. it also had enough space for my family.
the mattress on the sofa bed was bad. i could feel every spring through it. there was no tv in the bedroom, just in the living area.

Really good City Stay
great location easy access public transportation upgrade on arrival
The location provides easy access to key attractions. Saint Paul's Cathedral is a short walk. Public transportation options are close offering convenient travel around the city. I found several restaurants nearby (including a TESCO). I also had a great upgrade upon arrival, which I really appreciated.
Sound insulation was not great. I could hear the underground station slightly. (It wasn't terrible, but noticeable.)

The apartment has a modern kitchen with appliances. I found a washing machine and a dishwasher. These appliances were very useful . Kitchenware is available (enough for a family).

The reception operates 24 hours a day. Staff at the front desk were consistently helpful and friendly. A lift (elevator) is available. This made accessing higher floors much easier with luggage (I really appreciated it!).
