the location near victoria station was convenient for travel
the room felt quite cramped i had little space to move around the single room also lacked proper insulation i could hear a lot of noise from outside the window it made it difficult to sleep

The location was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to buckingham palace. i also appreciated being so close to the tube station. It simplified my travel around town. the staff were very helpful . I really appreciated their assistance.
I found that i could not control the temperature in the room. also there was only one pillow. I would have liked another.

The staff were cute and friendly! the location was superb, only a short walk to victoria station. i really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Everything felt fresh.
