constant road noise unhelpful staff
the garden was beautiful.
the noise from the nearby road was constant. it made it difficult to relax, especially on the balcony. also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping with questions. i found it hard to get useful information.

really good stay with beautiful views

my room included a small balcony facing the lake, it was wonderful. the breakfast had many good choices and was very tasty. the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions through its convenient location. i found the staff attentive, especially during breakfast service.
the in-room air conditioning unit made a bit of noise at night!

My room was clean and a reasonable size, it also had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. turndown service was included each evening. It was a nice touch. the room had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay.
