i found the staff cute. they were so helpful with directions and recommendations. the shower had fantastic water pressure. it was a small detail, but i really appreciated it after a long day of exploring..
heavy machinery operated early in the morning. this made relaxing difficult. the breakfast service was slow. i waited quite a while for my order one morning.

The hotel has a GREAT location. It's an easy walk to key sites. The front desk recommended an AMAZING dinner spot. It had a wonderful view. I found the room to be one of the best I have ever seen. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness.
I noticed the breakfast was quite basic. The service was also a bit slow during breakfast.

Charming Stay in a Central Location

The hotel provided a 19th-century vibe upgraded with skyline views and palm trees. The restaurant staff offered really good service. I also felt safe as a solo traveler because all staff were warm and professional.
Heavy diggers and drills began at 8 am. I wasn't warned about these works before my visit, though the location was perfect.

The hotel included a seating area plus a garden. An indoor water feature created a serene environment. A lovely marble staircase added a luxurious feeling to the hotel, though the parking was expensive!

The rooms are well decorate. I loved the courtyard views, they are very charming. The Double or Twin Room was very nice and confortable. Location is good for access to city attractions, it is very easy.
The shower and bath were old. The carpet needs a cleaning. The fridge did not work on arrival, it was an isue. There were previous guests shoes in the room, gross.
