friendly staff breakfast buffet sitting area
the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! there were so many choices. the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with directions. i had a beautiful room and it included a nice desk and sitting area with a couch.
the walls seemed a little thin i think.

ok, i guess
small terrace room spotty wifi
the staff seemed helpful, i guess if you needed help, which i generally don't.
The beautiful room terrace seemed smaller than advertised. i had an issue with the ac unit. It was making this weird clanking noise all night, preventing decent sleep. the wifi was spotty too, cutting out at random times, and it was a struggle to get any work done. honestly, i expected better.

faulty air conditioning annoying energy-saving policy
The air conditioning in my room barely worked. I reported this issue, but it was never fixed. They also seemed too focused on saving energy (I guess that's good for the planet) (a detail I don't have a strong opinion about). The staff repeatedly removed my electricity card, so I had to keep going back to reception for a new one. It got old fast.
