relaxing spa experience
professional staff spacious room delicious food convenient access
The staff was professional in all areas like reception, the restaurant, the bar and the spa. I found this very comforting. my room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a "snug" double. the food at the upper deck restaurant was delicious. I also enjoyed the convenience of accessing the spa and gym directly from my room via the lift. they offered a complimentary massage to apologise for a slight delay and this ensured i felt valued as a guest.

The spa facilities feature a gym, a pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room, and a sauna. The gym has cardio machines, benches and dumbbells. accessing the spa from the rooms is easy. One can directly reach it via a lift. the availability of free parking added to the hotel's convenience.

My beautiful double room provided a harbour view. it came equipped with complimentary gin and tonic. In the early evening, staff delivered ice and lemon to the rooms, a nice addition. the bed ensured great comfort, great for a restful sleep.

lovely stay with attentive service

The hotel was very well run. The staff was attentive. catherine at reception was helpful and cute. the restaurant manager offered a friendly, professional service during breakfast. the jetty restaurant offered a very good meal. The team was excellent. mudeford quays and the spit were lovely to visit. i walked across hengistbury head back toward the location. i liked the harbour view from my room.
the steam room was not working for two days . the facilities seem a bit worn. painting above the jacuzzi is peeling. the ladies' changing rooms are small, and they can be crowded.

The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful location. the gardens and the harbour view are fine. I loved the views from the patio! it is a perfect location for relaxation and visiting the local areas.

The spa facilities included a gym pool jacuzzi steam room and sauna. I found the gym well-equipped with benches dumbbells and cardio machines. I also received a complimentary 30-minute massage to apologize for a slight delay in my 90-minute massage. The staff offered fantastic customer service in resolving this.
The room got quite warm and a fan was needed.

The food was of high quality. I ate at the Upper Deck Restaurant and the Jetty. Complimentary gin and tonic were available in the room. I also received ice and lemon from a staff member in the early evening.
