warm welcome club room gorgeous balcony
I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by yuri, and he immediately assisted with our luggage upon arrival. with their constant professionalism and kindness. the room included a gorgeous balcony. It offered amazing views of the city skyline.

Really good Stay
friendly staff interior decoration
The location is perfect near the Houses of Parliament. Check-in was efficient and very friendly with the staff. I found the interior decoration to be fun and traditional. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and the staff were very adaptable to requests. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.

small room inconsistent service
I did not enjoy my stay as much as I hoped. My room was smaller than expected for the price I paid. the service at breakfast was inconsistent. One particular staff member seemed unwelcoming. I'm disappointed overall.

charmed stay near the thames!
great location m club lovely gesture
The location was superb. I could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast at the m club at the library was indeed fabulous! the staff surprised us with balloons and a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. It was a lovely gesture.
