room upgrade spacious room equipped room mini fridge
I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room was spacious and well equipped. The terrace was a BEAUTIFUL addition. The mini fridge was a nice touch. It proved useful .
The room lighting could have been a bit brighter.

The location was really convenient. The tube station was nearby! the breakfast had gluten-free bread! i also liked that i could store my luggage in a locked room before check-in.

underwhelming and inconvenient
breakfast room dirt issue
the shower had plenty of towels, which i suppose is a plus.
The breakfast arrangement was a disaster. It feels like dining in a battery cage. the breakfast room is cramped and they wont let you take food to the spacious lobby because it might get dirty. it resembled a continental breakfast from a cheap motel, hardly what i expected.

dim lighting crowded breakfast area
the hotel provided convenient in-room facilities such as charging plugs a tv coffee and tea and ironing facilities
i found the room lighting to be quite dim it lacked adequate brightness i expected the breakfast to have more options catering to different dietary needs the staff seemed uninformed about vegan options and the breakfast area felt overcrowded with guests waiting

fantastic stay!
clean room wooden floor rooftop bar amazing breakfast
The room was clean. it was a good size too! i liked the wooden floors. They seem much more hygienic than carpet. the rooftop bar was a GREAT bonus, i could have stayed up there all night. breakfast was amazing!!! they had smoothies, pancakes, pastries, and even a full english breakfast.
i really wish the hotel had slippers, that would have been great!

the hotel has an eco policy and rewards guests who choose not to have towels changed daily. there is also a rooftop bar that provides a great atmosphere and views. luggage storage is available too.

rooms feature a kettle, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a hairdryer. the rooms are also spacious and cleaned neatly. beds are comfy too and spacious enough for a family of four.

the staff were helpful and engaging. they seemed genuinely happy to ensure guests had a good stay. the staff were always smiling and trying to help with any request. quick service was always provided.
